How to help young womb twin survivors

Young womb twin survivors, even when they start school. may seems distant or dreamy, in a world of their own. They may have an imaginary friend, or just a sense if not quite being alone, yet lonely.

Out of the womb  twin survivors project, comes KOKO.  he is the imaginary friend - the Someone who was very near but invisible.....

 

He  is that grey spiky fellow among all the toys.... There are things to do, like pictures to colour, puzzles to do and  things to stick...just what a 4-7 year old would enjoy.
